本論文は、IT技術に関する企業ナレッジを大学生と社会人に講義形式で実施した結果に関するアンケート評価を基にして、受講者の傾向分析について論じ、対象者別の問題点と解決方法について考察した。社会人、意欲的な大学生、一般的な大学生に分類して調査を行った結果、授業評価の傾向として、社会人と意欲的な大学生の平均は近いものとなったが、一般的な大学生の評価は低い値となった。また、受講者の印象に残った内容については、社会人が実際の業務内容であることに対して、意欲的な大学生および一般大学生はより身近な話題が印象に残った結果となった。これらの差は受講者の基礎知識の差が原因と考えられる結果となった。この結果から、企業ナレッジを大学教育に導入することによって、意欲のある学生の満足度を向上し、この学生をリーダとした教育体系を形成することにより、更に高度な専門教育と産学の連続した教育を実現できると共に、基礎知識が不足している学生への意識改革に繋がるのではないかと考えられる。 |

In this paper, we discussed the trend of working people and college students based of the result of questionnaire that we obtained in the lectures of" Knowledge of Practical IT in Business Scene". The questionnaire's output was classified into 3 groups. These are" General College Students", "Aggressive College Student" and" Working People". As for the average of Class Evaluation Value, "Aggressive College Student" and" Working People" were same score. But" General College Students" became a low score. Furthermore, as for the impressive subject in the lecture", Working People" were the business content, but" General College Students" and" Aggressive College Student" was more common topics that are related to personal experience. It is assumed that these results are caused by the difference in basic knowledge levels between groups. Based on this result, the lectures of" Knowledge of Practical IT in Business Scene" at university can improve the satisfaction of" Aggressive College Student". |
