In non-hospital settings, accommodating a limited number of students on a daily basis posed difficulties due to factors such as facility size and usage status. To address these challenges, it is imperative to consider communication methods with the facilities and their time slots during practice adjustment. In educational facilities, coordinators diligently assessed whether they should continue to accept students, while being mindful of personnel-related changes before and after each fiscal year. The coordinators should have a common understanding and mutually respectful relationship with various health and welfare professions. Guidance and special care by instructors are necessary to ensure uniformity in students’ learning experiences across facilities.
