The proposed system automates works to collect necessary pages from a large amount of retrieval results when Web page search engines are used, and has aimed to improve the retrieval efficiency. We implemented and evaluted the Web page ranking system. In the evaluation of the Web page, the interest of the user, whenever the Web pages are searched, is changed and represented as the state of interest, and the user's preferences on each state of the interest are recorded, and the preferences corresponding to the state of the interest, when the Web pages are searched, are used. The experimental result shows that it is possibile to improve the efficiency of the retrieval when necessary information is collected in trial-error manner by giving the retrieval words incrementally, while enough information cannot be collected.
