Firstly, the results clarified objectives of this learning program as follows;( 1) the participants can logically consider new product proposals by sufficiently utilizing theories on marketing,(2) the students can obtain practical knowledge of management based on PDCA i.e.\" plan-do-check-action\" cycle,(3) in a team environment, they can clearly identify one's presence. Secondly, based on the above, indicators to evaluate learning results and processes were developed as a hypothesis.The objective of this paper is to examine the hypothesis by referring to results and findings from the industy-university cooperative project-based learning program facilitated by the author in the fiscal 2013. A similar learning project that was carried out at Otaru University of Commerce in Hokkaido in the fiscal 2008 was also referred to.
