For example, the reports submitted from the educational committees include versatile abilities, e.g. communication skills, problem-solving in \"requirements of bachelor's degree\". And in the proposals from the business community, developing human resources who can capture the essence of problems, and act to find ways of dealing with problems is highly recommended.The author has been facilitating university-company cooperative project-based learning for the 3rd year students' seminar. Its effects to enhance specialty and socialization through applying students' specialty to problem-solving processes and providing more opportunities of communication have been verified at a certain level. Based on the result that one of the key factors to enhance students' socialization seems peer to peer collaborations, in this paper, a peer group activity, i.e.\" Students' Career Assistant\" at the university where the author is working for and similar cases in other organizations are focused on. And, studies are undertaken from\" developmental network\" and \"mental abilities in socialization\" perspectives.
