First, systematic comprehension of basic knowledge about the field students are majoring in. Second, versatile abilities, e.g. communication skills and logical thinking. Third, positive attitudes toward autonomy as well as teamwork. And fourth, problem-solving by optimizing the above abilities.The author has been facilitating university-company cooperative project-based learning for the 3rd year students' seminar since the fiscal year of 2007. Through the papers published ( Yanagida; 2009, 2013, 2014a, 2014b ) , roles of facilitators and index of evaluation were discussed, and its effects to enhance specialty and socialization were verified at a certain level. The purpose of this paper is to examine learning effects expected from the project-based learning on new products development in collaboration with the local government, City of Chiba starting from October 2014. Findings include as follows: firstly, the participants seem to become more confident to analyze data as well as willing to listen to other students' points of view, not to stick to one's own.
