It is therefore anticipated that new initiatives toward innovative health care system capable of meeting these changes will be developed. Within this context, there has been increased interest in the use of information and communication technologies such as telehealth, telemedicine, and telenursing. Our objective in the present study is to propose a basic telehealth-care model for commercial use in next-generation personalized medicine.
