this article, we would like to re-examine Alfred Schutz’s concept of “simultaneity” from the aspect of time consciousness and state the following three points:（1） We find almost no distinction between my stream of consciousness with others’ in the level of“ simultaneity” in which time horizon isn’t articulated. （2） The core of problem of time-sharing consists in the way how we can share the“ subjective time.”（3）The mechanism and social condition which defers this problem is the procedure of a double negative and the construction of the “standard time.” Finally, from what has been discussed above, we would like to map out the course for an elucidation of the“ social
