 note = {政治における言葉の働きを、レトリックに焦点を当てて先行研究を整理し、ネット社会における「政治とことば」の関係を模索する手がかりを求める。伝統的レトリックとその継承が説得の効果を前提としてその技法に重点を当てていたのに対して、20世紀のマス・コミュニケーション理論、および近年の認知革命の影響を受けて登場した「言説」社会心理学は、ことばの「意味」や「効果」は、送り手や受け手の相互作用によって決まるものを強調した。この指摘は議論の余地はあるものの、コミュニケーション内容と表現との関係を見直す契機が生れ、そこにまた政治とことばにみられる権力関係の不透明化を考える手掛かりが生ずるとも考えられる。, This essay is aimed to examine the relation between politics and discourse byreview of literature on rhetoric and politics in sociology, social psychology, andpolitical sciences, suggesting the political discourse in Web politics. The effects of persasion was emphasized in traditional theory on rhetoric. After “cognitive revolution”, more attention is paid to interactive（communicative） aspects in rhetoric theories, especially discourse social psychology. This communicative aspects on rhetorical discourse seems to make more investigation and be open to discuss. But it is likely that these aspects are open to make clear the power relationship between politics and discourse., 8},
