@misc{oai:tuis.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000641, author = {髙栁, 千賀子 and 宮野, 公惠 and Takayanagi, Chikako and Miyano, Kimie}, month = {Mar}, note = {本学2年次前期に行われる高齢者看護学実習Ⅰは,2020年度,COVID-19感染拡大に伴いオンライン学内実習とした.2018年度,2019年度の実習展開を基盤に,実習目標やスケジュールは極力変更せず,学生が役割を自覚し主体的に参加する仕掛けや,実習施設側の意見や協力を活かした内容とする事を基本方針として,従来の学びを経験できるよう工夫した.その結果,1)各実習施設との繋がりを活かし臨地実習指導者と教員の連携ができた,2)学生が主体となるホスト役割の設定によりグループワークの活性化ができた,3)VTR事例の援助計画やレクリエーション企画等の課題と講話の知見を統合することで実習目的の達成につながっていくことが期待できる,4)従来と同じ実習期間内でより多くの実習施設の講話を得て学びが深まった,等の成果が得られた.今後の方向性として,従来の臨地実習とオンライン学内実習の利点を組み合わせた新たな実習方法が示唆された., Elderly Nursing Practicum I, which will be held in the first half of the second year of our university, was conducted online in 2020 due to the spread of COVID-19 infection. Based on the training development in 2018 and 2019, the training goals and schedule should be changed as little as possible, and the content should be such that students become aware of their roles and participate voluntarily. Taking into account the opinions and cooperation of the training faculty and considering the basic policy, we devised an experience similar to conventional learning.Consequently, 1) we could collaborate with on-site training instructors and teachers by utilizing the connections with each training faculty, 2) we could activate group work by setting host roles led by students, 3) VTR cases assistance and recreation planning were achieved by integrating the knowledge of the lectures with the issues, such as the purpose of the training, 4) the learning was deepened by providing more lectures by the training faculty within the same training period as before. The results such as were obtained.
