高等教育機関で学ぶ学生の障害観に関する研究の動向を明らかにし、看護基礎教育における教育方法の検討及び課題についての示唆を得ることを目的に、文献検討を行った。「障害観」「障害者観」「学生」をKey wordsとして医学中央雑誌及び国立情報学研究所のデータベースを利用し文献検索を行い、該当した文献の研究内容の比較検討を行った。対象論文は15編であり、研究者の専門分野は多岐に渡っていた。研究内容から教育方法として、重症心身障害児（者）との接触・援助体験や事前学習、対象の反応の意味や特徴を把握できるような臨地実習指導の工夫が示唆された。 |

This literature review was conducted to identify trends in research on attitudes toward people with disabilities among students at institutions of higher education and gain insight into teaching strategies for enriching those views in basic nursing education, as well as related issues. The Japan Medical Abstracts Society（ ICHUSHI） and CiNii databases were searched using the keywords“ attitudes towards the disabled”（Japanese: shō gai-kan）“, attitudes towards disabled people”（ shō gaisha-kan）, and“ students”（ gakusei）. Fifteen corresponding studies from authors in wide-ranging fields of specialization were identified, read in detail, and comparatively analyzed. Several teaching strategies to improve students’ attitudes toward disability were identified: preparatory study, first-hand exposure to and helping of children（ and adults） with severe physical and mental disabilities, and community-based practical training to allow students to better understand the characteristics of this population and how they react to the general public’s attitudes. |
